I started “Sweet Tooth” because I am a sugar
junkie. I love it out here in Germany but their pastries don’t have enough “sweet”
to them.
I also like the way cupcakes have totally exploded
over the last few years back home in America and thought it’s time to bring it
over here! I mean come on they are just adorable, don’t they just make you
smile!
I just love a good cupcake, at first I was
hesitant in putting myself out there because my background is in biology not
baking. But after becoming a mom a few years back that seems to be mostly what I
do. I have tinkered with a good and many recipes and have some favorites to
offer you.
My
favorite thing to make is cup cakes. I also love
catering a good party with a variety of spreads.
My most challenging
thing but favorite outcome: fondant cakes. Don’t worry I generously cover the
underside with frosting because lets get real no one really likes fondant they
just like the way it looks.
